A Physicist by training (and systems engineer by habit) Frank has worked in Department of Defense research and development for his entire professional career.  Besides being: a husband for over 38 years; a father of three adult, married children; a church Elder for over 20 years; a grassroots political activist; and a Christian ministry leader; Frank has a passion to apply Biblical principles in a balanced and clear way to the issues of the day – particularly those involving our government.  In addition to teaching a variety of Christian citizenship classes and lecturing, Frank has written extensively on the practical application of a Biblical worldview to contemporary issues.
